1. Who we are
The data controller is Eco Global Management SRL, tax ID (CUI) 37979529, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/12699/2017, with its registered office in București, România ("RobotClean" or "we"). You can contact us at office@robotclean.ro or by phone on +40 757 467 775.
This policy explains what data we collect through robotclean.ro, why we use it and what rights you have, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.
2. What data we collect
- Data sent through the contact form: name, company, email address, phone, city, estimated floor area and the content of your message.
- Data sent directly: information you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, kept temporarily in server logs and used for security and abuse prevention (for example, limiting automated messages).
- Analytics data: only with your consent, aggregated statistics about how the website is used (see the Cookie policy).
3. Why we use your data and the legal basis
- To answer your requests and prepare quotes or demos, at your request, before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For website security and spam prevention, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- For usage statistics, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal obligations, such as tax requirements, if you become a customer (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. How long we keep data
Messages received through the form or by email are kept for up to 2 years from the last interaction, unless a contractual relationship follows. Contract and tax documents are kept for the period required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period set by the hosting provider.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent your data. Providers that help us operate may access it, strictly as needed: our web and email hosting provider, accounting or legal advisers and, if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the provider of that service (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., part of the Meta group). We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some third-party services (such as WhatsApp or, if enabled, Google Analytics) may involve data transfers outside the EEA. These transfers rely on safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, write to office@robotclean.ro. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.
8. Data security
We use an encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the administration area and technical measures against automated messages. Messages received are accessible only to authorised members of the RobotClean team.

We may update this policy when the way we process data changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
