1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser so it can work properly or collect statistics. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage (localStorage), are treated the same way in this policy.
2. What we use on robotclean.ro
Regular visitors: the website does not set cookies to function. The contact form is protected by a signed code included in the page, not by a cookie.
- rc_consent (local storage, not a cookie): remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, so we don't ask on every visit. Set only if analytics is enabled on the website.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years): anonymous statistics about the pages visited. Set only if you accept analytics cookies.
- rc_sid (session): used only in the administration area to sign in administrators. Never set for visitors.
3. External services
WhatsApp buttons and links to ANPC or the European Commission take you to external websites, which have their own cookie policies.
4. Managing your preferences
You can change your analytics choice at any time: change preferences. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not affect how the website works.
